The Bromont Science Park is one of the best equipped locations in Quebec as for its infrastructure.
A safe power source, our electricity transport network meets all the quality requirements of the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NPCC). Hydro-Québec guarantees permanent tensions within the limits recommended by the CAN3-C235-83 norm of the CSA for low and average tensions. The new 120-25 kV Adamsville central has been in operation since 2016 in order to feed the entire Bromont Science Park.
To meet IBM’s specific plant needs, the total organic carbon (TOC) of potable water is continuously monitored and can be controlled through water treatment because the enterprise requires a value of less than 3.0 mg/L. Conductivity is checked once a day or as needed, especially for the GE Aviation and IBM plants and chlorides are tested as well.
There are two pressure classes – 2,400 kPa and 400 kPa—available at a nearby delivery point in order to supply clients who might need a supply source for natural gas.

The Town of Bromont manages the police and Fire Safety services. The three fire stations, one located inside the Bromont Science Park, cover the entire Bromont territory, including Brigham and St-Alphonse-de-Granby. They serve 13,000 citizens and answer about 250 calls per year either for fires or for more specialized interventions. There is also a regular prevention program offered to the business community.
